Product Description
This FstSort orange washing weight grading line consists of a bubble washing machine, brush washer, air dryer, picking table, waxing, drying tunnel, and size grader. Oranges are soaked in the bubble washing machine, then washed by the brush washer and dried by the air dryer before being conveyed to the picking table for removal of defective fruit. The rejected fruit can be dropped directly into side mounted discharge hoppers and carried away by the belt underneath. The sound fruit proceeds to the waxing for an even coat of wax, passes through the drying tunnel, and finally enters the size grader, where oranges are sorted according to diameter. The grader's sizing distance can be adjusted freely.
